Here's a chance to own one of Monroe's most historically fun places. Write the next chapter in the bar previously known as The Ware House, Sir Buk's, and Joe's White Elephant. Couple that with The Ravine ball diamond. The main bar features a stage, dance floor, two bars, bathrooms, and plenty of room for dining, gaming, etc. The Ravine features an elegantly located ball diamond, bleachers, bathrooms, a concession stand, an elevated scorers' booth, lights, a sound system, covered pavilions, a sand volleyball court, and a garage for equipment. Come with your business ideas--or redevelop to suit your needs.
