Build your dream home on this 0.99-acre residential building lot, nestled in a desirable subdivision. An amount of groundwork has already been completed, with approximately 16 loads of heavy gravel and 3 loads of crushed rock brought in, giving you an excellent head start on your future build. While there is currently no well or septic, the property was water-witched by the owner, with groundwater believed to be located toward the back left portion of the lot. An incredible bonus is that two brand-new high-cube shipping containers (8 x 20 x 86), valued at approximately $5,000 each, are included in the sale. These provide exceptional storage and come complete with a variety of useful items, including a brand-new propane range with six burners (or four burners with griddle), brand-new mini fridge, kitchen sink, shelving systems and brackets, container levellers, freezer, and many other miscellaneous items to help kick-start your project. (Sellers personal belongings, including all banana boxes, are excluded.) HST is applicable and is not included in the purchase price. Payment of HST shall be the responsibility of the purchaser. A new survey was completed and is available. (id:31684)
