Located just 10 km from the village of Blackville, escape to nature with this stunning 17.1 hec property offering the perfect blend of privacy and rustic comfort. Partially cleared and beautifully treed, this expansive parcel is an outdoor enthusiasts dream. At the heart of the property sits a charming 16' x 24' camp built just 8 years ago, featuring a solid 8"" log construction for durability and warmth. The camp is topped with a steel roof and includes a covered veranda, perfect for relaxing and taking in the natural surroundings. Inside, youll find a cozy and functional space heated by a woodstove with a glass front. A small solar panel currently powers two lights. Cooking can be done on the woodstove, or you can easily add a portable propane stove. The camp also includes a bathroom with a flushing toilet that operates using a rainwater catchment system. There is space to add a sink and even a shower if desired. The structure is elevated to allow airflow underneath, with no skirting to discourage wildlife from nesting below. Flooring consists of OSB over floor joists, finished with plank flooring for a rustic touch. A groomed snowmobile trail runs through the back section of the property, adding to its year-round recreational appeal. Whether youre looking for a private getaway, a hunting camp, or a place to unwind off the grid, this unique property delivers. (id:31684)
